• to respond to customer-service enquiries — depending on the circumstances, for performance of a contract or our legitimate interests in providing customer support;

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Marketing communications

Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify processes information when you visit and shop, including to provide services that combine interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify for analytics, service improvement, personalization and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and other third parties that may process it in other countries. For these Enhanced Services, Shopify acts as an independent controller. Some advertising uses may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. You can use our cookie preferences and, where available, our data-sharing opt-out page to manage choices. Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy explains its processing, and its privacy portal explains how to exercise your rights and choices.

International data transfers

Privacy in the STF mobile app

App section updated: 22 October 2026

This section supplements this Privacy Policy for the STF — Built in Silence mobile shopping app (com.seejthreadsflames.mobile). STF (Seejthreadsflames) is responsible for personal data processed through the app. The other sections of this policy, including our contact details, purposes, legal bases, sharing, retention and your rights, also apply.

Age groups and access. The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. Users who select an age group of 13 or over can browse products, save items, use a cart and start Shopify checkout. Users aged 13–17 can check out as guests. Separate STF account pages, general websites, social links and contact apps are available only after selecting 18 or over. Selecting an age group below 13, or choosing not to provide one, gives access to restricted browsing, saved items and a local cart, without checkout, accounts or general external links. The age choice is a self-declaration; it does not verify age or parental consent.

Information stored on your device. The app stores your selected age group, language, saved items, cart contents, discount code and the time a promotion was last displayed locally on your device. The age screen does not ask for your full date of birth, and the app does not include your age-group choice in its requests to STF or Shopify. The saved age-group choice cannot be changed within the app. Clearing saved items and the cart does not reset that choice or delete an account or order.

Browsing and shopping services. After you make an age-group choice, loading products and images connects your device to Shopify and content hosts. These requests disclose technical information such as your IP address and device or connection details. Native catalogue searches and saved items stay on your device. When an eligible user starts checkout, the app sends selected product variants and quantities, language, Netherlands country context and entered discount codes to Shopify. Shopify Checkout Kit and the services used during checkout process the contact, delivery, order and payment-related information needed for the features you use. STF and its fulfilment, payment and support providers process information for orders, delivery and customer service as described elsewhere in this policy.

Hosted pages and privacy choices. Separate account pages use Shopify’s hosted sign-in and account service in a browser account window. Other hosted store pages can open within the app. Hosted pages can use cookies, browser storage and their own privacy controls. For app checkout, the app sends Shopify a refusal of optional analytics, preferences, marketing and data-sale processing. This checkout choice does not automatically apply to separately opened pages and does not mean that all technical or consent-related requests stop. The Shopify data uses and privacy choices described in the sharing section of this policy also apply when you use those hosted services.

Requests and deletion. To request access, correction or deletion of your STF account and associated personal data, email service@seejthreadsflames.com or follow our account-deletion instructions. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send a password or login code. Certain order and other records may need to be retained for legal obligations, as explained in this policy and the deletion instructions.
